Family and corporate governance

3. Corporate asset restructuring
4. International tax planning and implementation of asset structures
5. Succession planning of individuals with a focus on inheritance law and civil law issues
6. Trusts/Foundations
7. Structuring of charitable activities
8. Common Reporting Standard (CRS)

• conduct of legal research and analysis.

In particular, to qualify for the role you must have:

• qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece (Athens Bar Association or other Bar Association membership)
• minimum one (1) and up to four (4) years of relevant work experience
• a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax and/ or Civil Law from a prominent, well-acclaimed University in Greece or abroad will be considered an asset
• Previous experience in tax law will be a plus
• an excellent command of the English language
• Organizational skills and capacity to be detail – oriented
• Ability to conduct legal research, interpret legislation and case law

Preferred skills:

• Previous experience in civil law (especially inheritance law) and corporate law; Diploma/ Seminars in tax law.
