As a member of our busy and expanding team, you will work with a diverse client portfolio and contribute to large-scale projects in employment and social security law. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in corporate work, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial matters. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role as an associate, your role will focus on delivering client engagements by understanding expectations, maintaining accountability for performance, and fostering strong communication and relationship-building skills. You will also contribute to team and business priorities while committing to personal learning and development, seizing opportunities to make a meaningful impact through exceptional client service.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to shaping innovative legal strategies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

During your tenure as an Associate, you will demonstrate and further develop your ability to:

·        Provide innovative legal solutions to complex commercial and employment law issues, ensuring a superior client experience.

·        Provide litigation support in relation to complex commercial and employment law matters before Greek courts, drafting and negotiating documentation relating to out-of-court settlement.

·        Deepen your expertise in current labour legislation applicable to a wide range of industries.

·        Leverage advanced tools and technologies, collaborating with non-legal functions to enhance the reach and effectiveness of your legal advice.

·        Take on leadership responsibilities by managing aspects of client engagements and supporting team development initiatives.

OUR REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal candidate is a young, bright and ambitious lawyer that focuses on delivering work of high quality, commits to high levels of client service and has ability to build strong relationships. We expect that you also have strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

In particular, to qualify for the role you must have:

·        qualified as an Attorney-at-Law in Greece (Athens Bar Association or other Bar Association membership);

·        a Master of Laws (LL.M.) or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a prominent, well-acclaimed University in Greece or abroad;

·        four (4) to five (7) years of post-qualification work experience at a law firm, law office or in-house;

·        prior work experience or a proven interest in employment and social security law and civil litigation proceedings;

·        an excellent command of the English language;

·        a professional approach, commercial awareness and strong communication skills;

·        computer literacy.

Preferred skills:

·        ability to work with minimal supervision.
