Her practice focuses on providing legal advice to both domestic and international clients regarding corporate and commercial law aspects. Agapi also advises on the establishment and structuring in Greece of legal entities of all forms and assists with their daily corporate operation, maintenance and compliance.

She engages in the drafting of commercial contracts and agreements, reviews commercial and corporate practices, as well as participates in complex legal due diligence exercises and M&A transactions.
