Expertise
She has an expertise on banking and financial regulation, NPLs, real estate, and corporate law, with an emphasis on cross border transactions. Prior to joining KBVL Vicky worked as a General Counsel of an international debt servicing company.
Her primary focus is supporting Greek and international clients in strategic investment and management decisions, mainly in the NPLs and real estate sector, covering all aspects of such projects and transactions.
Vicky also focuses on the design and implementation of regulatory, corporate governance and AML compliance projects and she regularly represents clients before the respective authorities.
