Alkis has an expertise on banking and finance transactions, including complex corporate lending documentation.
He also specializes in handling transactions pertaining to the secondary market of non-performing loans, in the portfolios of Greek systemic banks.
In addition, he has been involved in the structuring and implementation of multiple, landmark domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
Alkis is a regular speaker in legal seminars and conferences and has been a Visiting Lecturer at the ALBA Graduate School, where he has taught the course “Complex Financial Transactions and Contracts” in the context of the School’s postgraduate course MSc in Business for Lawyers.
