Michalis focuses on complex corporate transactions, advising multinational clients on large-scale projects and acquisitions, distressed corporate restructurings and project finance. He has led significant M&A projects in various industries, including retail, F&B, pharma, insurance, gaming, telecoms, IT and chemicals.
He specializes in antitrust advice and litigation, representing clients before the Hellenic Competition Commission and the Greek Courts. He has been involved in a series of landmark antitrust cases, including price-fixing and bid-rigging allegations, as well as in merger clearance cases before the EU Commission.
Michalis has authored a series of articles, including “International Survey of Investment Adviser Regulation”, 2012, Kluwer Law International.
