Panagiotis implements GDPR compliance programs, negotiates data processing agreements, drafts GDPR policies and procedures, cookies notices, consent forms and DPIAs and advises on international data transfers outside the EEA. He further advises on complex data subject requests, manages data breaches and relevant notifications to the authorities, as well as undertakes legal due diligence exercises and privacy audits. Additionally, he assists clients across various industries and sectors on the data protection aspects of new services, by offering tailor made advice. His expertise also includes liaising with the regulatory authorities, such as the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission, as well as the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Further, he has significant experience in regulatory matters covering the full range of TMT legal aspects including data protection, cybersecurity, electronic communications, IT and e-commerce regulation with respect to commercial contracts, innovative products, complex transactions and projects.
