Eliza advises domestic and international clients, across various industries and sectors, including Hotel and Leisure, Food and Beverages, Food Production, Shipping/Maritime, Pharmaceutical, Gaming, IT, Airline and Logistics. 

Eliza leads Complex Legal Due Diligence exercises and is involved in the Drafting and Negotiation of Transactional documents, such as Shareholders’ agreements, Share Purchase agreements, Subscription agreements, etc. 

She is also involved in Regulatory Licensing matters, including Environmental Licensing, Airline Licensing and Commercial Leases.
